At yoyo, I cut, make and finish all garments myself. I don't carry much stock of ready made garments, they are all mainly made to order by my own 2 fair hands! With this is mind, please remember that made to order garments will take longer but I will e-mail you to advise you of when you can expect your order.
It will usually take me 7 - 14 days to get the order despatched but at busy times it may be a little longer. You will be kept fully informed of progress. If there is a deadline, such as a Birthday or special event that you require delivery by, then please contact me and let me know and I will do my very best to comply!
Free delivery within the UK
All orders will be sent by 1st class signed for in the uk which requires a signature upon delivery.
If you require next day delivery, then please contact me to arrange and a charge of £3.50 will be made

International orders will be sent tracked by Royal Mail Airsure or Recorded if Airsure is not available.
I'm sure you will love your yoyo handmade item but if for any reason you're not happy, then please contact me within 14 days of recieving your order so we can discuss your query.
If once you've recieved your item and you find it's faulty, please contact me at email@example.com within 14 days and I'll be happy to discuss and help. If it needs to be returned, I will reimberse your return postage costs once I am in receipt of the faulty item, I can only cover the actual postage cost so please try to use the packaging it arrived in.
If you want to return an item for any reason other than faulty, then I can offer an exchange for something else or a refund but you will be liable for the return postage costs, please make sure the item is as you recieved it, unworn, unwashed, with the tags still attached and within 14 days. please allow 7-10 days for me to issue you a refund. Any item that shows signs of wear or has been washed will be returned to you and void any refund.
Of course, I'm only human, so if it's my mistake and I send out the wrong size, style or item, then please return the goods within 14 days with the tags still attached and I will either send out a replacement of the correct item or issue a refund.
Please contact me prior to returning any garment, with the reason for return and why, so I can arrange an exchange or replacement as soon as possible. Returns should be sent to :- Helen Fox, Goole Business Centre, Carlisle House, Carlise Street, Goole, East Yorkshire, DN14 5DS. Please use signed for service ( 1st or 2nd class post) as proof of postage when returning any items. I cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in the post. Please also make sure that items are packaged correctly so as to prevent any damage to returned items.
PLEASE NOTE :- any item made using your childs specific measurments or any item personalised in any way, are exempt from my returns policy and not returnable unless faulty.
