Privacy policy

yoyo children's wear values your privacy. When you become a shopper, I ask you for your details so I can provide a personalised shopping experience and to keep you informed of your order status. Under no circumstances will I ever pass these details on to third parties. These details would be kept by myself so as to be able to notify you of any offers or discounts on future orders but if you would prefer me to delete them after your purchase, then please let me know. I do not and will not store any of my customers financial details.

 

Secure payments

Payments via my website are proccessed using a secure debit/credit card payment system, provided by paypal. Paypal protects you as a buyer. I do not have access to any of my customers' card details and would never hold any. If you do not have a paypal account  then I am quite happy to accept cheques or postal orders. upon recieving the cheque, it will be bank immediatly and when the funds have cleared, the order will be sent. Cheques should be made out to myself, Helen Turner.  No garments will be despatched until cheques have cleared, postal orders have been cash and funds have been recieved via paypal.

 

Terms of sale

By placing an order with yoyo, you are offering to purchase a product subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability.

1) In order to purchase online at yoyo, you must be 18 years or over and have a valid credit/debit card issued by a bank for paying through paypal,which is acceptable to myself. I retain the right to refuse any request made by you. When placing an order with yoyo, you are confirming that all your details you have provided are true and accurate and that you are the authorised user of the credit/debit card and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover the cost of the goods you have ordered.

2) When you place an order, I will send an acknowledgement e-mail message confirming receipt of the order you have placed. This e-mail will only be an acknowledgement and will not be an acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order will only be given when I can confirm that I have enough fabric in stock to complete it. When the goods you have ordered have been dispatched to you, I will send a confirmation e-mail message advising you fo this, thus a contract has been formed. Only the goods listed in this e-mail sent at the despatch time, will be included in the contract formed.

3) Whilst I try to make sure that all details, descriptions and prices are correct on the yoyowebsite, I'm sure you will be aware and understand that errors can occur. If any errors are discovered, namely by yoyo, in the price of any goods or the fabric content, I shall endeavour to contact you immediatly and give you the option of going ahead with the order or cancelling it. If you cancel your order and you have paid for it, you will recieve a full refund. If I am unable to contact you, or you do not repond to any of my correspondence, I shall cancel your order on your behalf and will issue you a full refund. 

4) I carry a limited fabric stock but will always endevour to make sure that I can fulfil all orders placed using the fabrics in the garments. If certain garments prove popular than others and stocks diplinish while orders have been placed, I shall contact you immediatly to re access your order and come to an agreement either to choose another garment, to use another fabric in the same garment style or have a full refund. 

 

Returns Policy 

yoyo offers a no quibble returns policy. I'm sure you will love your yoyo handmade garment but if for any reason you're not happy, then please contact me within 14 days of recieving your order. As I am a small business....it really is just me!...I'm afraid that if goods are returned, other than faults or mistakes on my part, then I will have to charge for redelivery. of course, I'm only human, so if I send out the wrong size or style or if it's faulty, then please return the goods within 14 days with the tags still attached and I will either send out a replacement ( without charging p&p) or refund the full price plus p&p.Please contact me prior to returning any garment, with the reason for return and why, so I can arrange an exchange or replacement as soon as possible. Returns should be sent to :- Helen Turner, 15 Charter Avenue, Rawcliffe, Goole, East Yorkshire, DN14 8RH. Please note :- please use recorded delivery ( 1st or 2nd class post) as proof of postage when returning any items. I cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in the post. Please also make sure that items are packaged correctly so as to prevent any damage to returned items.

 

Disclaimer

At yoyo, customer satisfaction is of the highest importance. I guarantee the craftsmanship of all my garments is of the highest quality. However, the fabrics diplayed on my site is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to it's accuracy. Every effort is made to portray items accuratly on my website. Please be advised that computor screen colour settings can affect the way a garments and fabrics appear on the viewing monitor. yoyo Children's wear cannot be held responsible for any colour discrepencies. I will make every effort possible to diplay and photograph my garments as clearly and as accurate as possible.

yoyo children's wear is owned and operated by me, Helen Turner. Any complaints or comments should be sent direct to myself. They will be dealt with amicably and as soon as possible.
